SOUND BATH HEALING MEDITATION

Service Description

Join us every Wednesday night at Bronx Community Center for an hour of sound healing at Prairie Hope Wellness. Our sound bath begins with a short guided meditation and then immerses you in the beautiful sounds of crystal singing bowls. A one hour session beginning with a short guided meditation followed by a sound bath session using crystal and Tibetan singing bowls along with other musical instruments providing you with deep relaxation. Bring your own blanket, eye mask, yoga mat, and anything else you need to feel comfortable lying down for an hour, whether it's a pillow or a weighted blanket.
